Another loaf?! I know, I know. I guess I’m just really good at making loaf recipes. This is more like a quick bread/cake– it’s traditional ginger bread with oodles of rich dark molasses and plenty of spices.
This recipe is from the archives, waaaay back from 2013 😉 It always blows up and gets tons of views around the holiday season, and people LOVE it. Like pretty much all of my recipes, it’s super easy. If you tolerate dairy, try it topped with some cream cheese frosting, or simply toast it and spread a good slab of butter on it.
I promise the next few recipes in the Holiday Series won’t be sweets!
