Is it the weekend yet? I’m ready for the weekend. Although these days my weekends are just as busy as my work weeks! What even is summer break??
Anyone watch So You Think You Can Dance last night? It’s the only reality competition show I actually watch, but I’m obsessed with it. I’ve seen every season. I wish I was a dancer. Rudy is my favorite this season, what a hunk.
Okay I’m at work so this has gotta be quick! These radishes. Very wow. Such yum. So flavor. Much easy.
Anyone get my reference?
- 3 cups radishes, trimmed and halved
- 1 Tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2-3 tsp fresh thyme
- sea salt
- Melt the ghee and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, place all the halved radishes face down in the skillet. Let cook for about 5 minutes, then flip them over, sprinkle with sea salt and half of the thyme, and let cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Shake the pan to move the radishes around, and sprinkle the remaining thyme over them. Cook for another 1-4 minutes, until fork tender.
- Serve warm!
